Thai Tuna Patties

Thai Tuna Patties fit in perfectly with the ShoreBeing Weight Loss Program as it’s a great combination of protein and good fats, it’s also one of may favourite detox meals as it’s so filling.

Thai Tuna Patties
Makes 4

2 tins tuna
1 egg
4 spring onions
1/2 inch ginger, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil

  1. Mix all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, together in a large bowl
  2. Mould mixture into pattie shapes and set aside
  3. Pour the oil into a large frying pan on a medium/high heat
  4. Add the patties to the pan and gently fry for two minutes on each side or until golden. Serve with your favourite salad
