Thai Tuna Patties
2 tins tuna
4 spring onions
1/2 inch ginger, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
- Mix all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, together in a large bowl
- Mould mixture into pattie shapes and set aside
- Pour the oil into a large frying pan on a medium/high heat
- Add the patties to the pan and gently fry for two minutes on each side or until golden. Serve with your favourite salad
