This month all of the Cook Club recipes will be taken from our Online Weight Loss Program so you can see that eating healthy and nourishing food doesn’t have to mean a lifetime of deprivation and bland flavours. At ShoreBeing we believe the key to permanent, sustainable weight loss is to take it in small achievable steps accompanied by lots of delicious food!

First up are these sweet little Cacao & Raspberry Puddings, they are made in advance so a great recipe for if you have little time to make breakfast in the morning. They will also keep in the fridge for up to 2 days so you could make four servings in advance.

Cacao & Raspberry Pudding
Serves 2

250ml preferred milk, we used almond
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp raw honey
small handful of raspberries
1 tsp cacao nibs (optional)

  1. Add the chia seeds and cacao to the milk and leave out on the side for 30 minutes then stir well and place in the fridge overnight (it needs a good 12 hours in there). Give it a quick stir before you go to bed too!
  2. Remove from fridge and stir, the mixture should have thickened overnight, then stir in the honey.
  3. Divide the mixture between two bowls and sprinkle over the raspberries and cacao nibs, serve immediately.
