Frozen Berry Yoghurt Cups

Frozen Yogurt Cups
Makes 6-8

150ml full fat greek yoghurt
100g fresh berries
1 tsp raw honey
6-8 fresh berries for the tops

  1. In a food processor, blend the berries, yoghurt and honey until smooth. Mashing them with a fork will also work but you may get a lumpier consistency.
  2. Pour evenly into your silicone cupcake cases and gently drop in a berry so its just peeking out!
  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours, if possible put them in a tupperware container to try and avoid extra ice crystals forming.
  4. Serve!
