Kale Crisps


Kale Crisps

200g kale
1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

1. Remove any thick stalks and wash your kale, dry thoroughly – no moisture or it won’t crisp up
2. Preheat oven to gas mark 4 and toss the kale in the oil and salt
3. Spread kale in an even layer on a baking tray (or two) and bake for 12 – 15 minutes until crispy – not browned. The kale will be crispy and delicious!

  1. How have I never managed to make my own vegetable crisps before?! (They’ve always ended up as weird roasted vegetables). These were scrummy, ridiculously easy and dangerously moreish :)
