Ok, I know that I’m getting myself a reputation for posting no effort recipes but these are the kinds of everyday snacks that everyone should know about! These types of snacks are the perfect excuse when time is an issue, so there’s no excuse not to choose something healthy instead of a trans fat laden chocolate bar.
These peanut butter boats offer a nice combination of sugar and good fats which will perk you up and tide you over until your next meal. I also give them Sonny as a quick dessert. They basically just taste amazing and should be on your list of things to do this week!
Peanut Butter Boats
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
Spinkling of cacao nibs and desiccated coconut – optional
